Enjoy an elegant valentines evening with your loved ones and the music of the piano masters in an elegant setting at the new Renaissance on Bluebonnet Blvd. Some students will play their favorite exciting contemporary works. This is a family event of the ChingSongPianoStudio.

Dress attire is formal. The cost of this event is $75 for one adult and one child. Additional adults are $50 each. Additional children are $25 each.

Menu choices: Please select an entree and specify along with your payment.

Your meal will include the following:

Garden Salad- mixed greens, julienne of vegetables, cherry tomatoes, and shaved cucumbers
choice of two dressings.

Assorted Dinner Rolls

Your Choice of Entree:

Pecan Chicken- pecan and chevre stuffed chicken breast sautéed, madeira jus, whole grain pilaf, and seasonal vegetables

Pork Loin- dijon mustard crusted pork loin, herb jus, sour cream-chive mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Salmon- pan seared salmon, pistachio vinaigrette, jasmine rice, and seasonal vegetable

Dessert- Truffle Marble Mousse Cake

Coffee and Tea Services

We will have a father-and-daughter, and mother-and-son dance to the French waltz.
Professional photographer will be present
